All these posts about ‘support an artist’ piss me off because it only focuses on paintings and drawings and shit. What about writers? Actors? Musicians? They don’t get half the acknowledgment they deserve and yet they don’t whine or get posts written about them. Seriously if you’re going to try a good thing at least do it for everyone, not just a majority.
I don’t think OCs have a right to whine about not getting attention. People are allowed to be selective. Being selective is all fine and dandy and shit but the moment you say ‘I prefer not to write with OCs’ you’re suddenly hoRrIBLe!!!1!!! Omfg?!!! Like AUs and small fandom character don’t get a lot of attention either but do you see anyone whining about that?? No. So shut up please and thank. Seriously.
